PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

FFI-7880 is a stable, fast, bright electroless nickel process. This process has many advantages such as high temperature stability, strong anti-pollution ability , good coverage under low load and low operating costs. FFI-7880plates fast and the deposition rate is stable, under normal operating conditions, the deposition rate can be controlled stabilized at 15 ~ 20μm / hr, phosphorus content is controlled at 6-8%. The process generates a dense layer of nickel, combined with the FFI-7890 Chemical gold,the binding force and weldability are excellent.
